Cristina Munoz here from gorgeous Woodend in Australia and thank you for visiting my Blog and/or wanting to know a little more about me and about why and how I got online.

Firstly, I’m not one of those marketers that hides behind a website or email account.  You’ll find my full contact details below as I still personally answer and return any phone calls and emails.

I started recording the call after I shared my personal story of how I first got online, which I will share with you on this page.

So as promised to fill in the gap for you about my personal story, firstly I don’t know what inspired you to start looking for a way to generate an income online, however in my case it was not inspiration it was desperation.

It was also a good dose of Rage thown in for good measure as well.

This was because back in 2000 I seriously injured my back in a work related incident, and then found myself a year later without a job and living on Sickness Benefits. I was only 33 at the time and I could not sit or stand or walk for extended periods of time without my legs giving way, so finding another job was not an option for me.  As you can imagine I did NOT want to spend the rest of my life having to live on Sickness Benefits. 

What made me say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH however was in June 2001 I received a report from my employers Surgeon in the mail who had seen me. In his report he wrote and I quote as it has been burned in my memory for all time ‘…Cristina’s symptoms are bizarre and florid which leads me to believe that she simply does not want to work anymore.”  

Nothing could have been further from the truth. 

I was stunned, shocked and then the RAGE kicked in.

That was my moment.

And it was those horrendous words which ’inspired’ me to find a way to be able to work from home as I realised that if I wanted things to change I had to change and I had to find a way to take back control of my life again.

When I first started online back in August 2001 I literally maxed out a $7,000 credit card limit just to join my first home business opportunity which was with an old school MLM Company. I had never done anything online before, and taught myself through trial and error how to market online effectively. I was so driven to get off Sickness Benefits and to also prove that Surgeon wrong I worked 12-14 and sometimes even 16 hour days to build my first business.

You may have heard it said that with your usual MLM Company it’s a 3-5 year plan to get to 6-Figures a year and this certainly was the case for me.

My first year I earned a big fat ZERO in profit – I thought about quiting many a time let me tell you however my desire to get off sickness benefits was far greater so I hung in there and I’m so glad I did because then…

…my second year I made around $69,000 in profit which replaced the income I used to make from my job and then allowed me to finally say bye bye to being on Sickness Benefits.  I will never forget the day I walked into my local Centre Link and told them they didn’t need to pay me Sickness Benefits anymore.  It made everything I went through that first year well and truly worth it. 

…then by the end of my third year I cracked over $100,000 a year in profit and by the end of my fourth year I started making multiple six -figures a year in profit.  Getting really personal now, when I first started online I had a private goal that when I received my first $20,000 USD cheque in the mail I would then take a copy of it, and send it to that Surgeon, however when that finally happened in my third year I no longer cared.  It was no longer an issue, and if anything I’m grateful to him as if he had not written what he had I may have quit long before.

This is because it may surprise you to know that I built my first business from a mattress on the floor, using a laptop and a phone, and whilst in and out of acute pain!

After five years of being in and out of acute pain I decided to go into ‘retirement’ with my first MLM Company, as the stress involved in managing and building an old school 3-5 year plan MLM was just too much for my back to take as let’s face it there is more to life than money.

After all what’s the point in earning $30K + per month if you can’t leave the house?

So since 2006 I then moved onto doing less stressful ways of earning an income online as I also wanted to have children and have the time to be able to enjoy my children.  I started doing affiliate marketing,  and I tell you what after doing one thing for five years that was an experience as it was not long before I discovered that most affiliate programs are not built to last. So I quickly discovered that I needed to market a few complimentary biz opps at once to cover my back which is what I used to do until late 2010 when I joined my #1 Home Business Recommendation Family IQ. 

In 2009  because of the unpredictability of the biz opp industry at the time I also started releasing my own products and services like OutbackTraffic.com and NewbieInstantSiteCreator.com

Now my life could not be more different.

I have two beautiful girls under four, Eva and Lara, and they are my world and a important reason for doing what I do now online.

Sometimes I still have to pinch myself, as in many ways my back injury was was the best thing that ever happened to me as if that hadn’t of happened it’s unlikely I ever would have gotten online, I’d probably never been able to afford to have children, and I certainly would not own the home I do now nor would I be making the kind of money I do now in a ‘job’.

Seriously I was not born with a silver spoon. I didn’t have rich parents. My mother was a Maid and my father was a Taxi Driver and then a Bus Driver.

I started working as a CheckOut Girl as soon as I could when I was 14 and lied about my age to do so.

I never went to University as at the time my mother could not afford to send me and I couldn’t afford to pay for it myself. 

What my wonderful, inspirational mother could afford was to give me lots of love and encouragement that frankly was priceless to me.

When I first started online  I was living in a small two bed-room unit with my partner in a suburb called Newport in Melboure as pictured here:-

Thanks to the internet we were able to fulfil our dream of moving to the country, to a town called Woodend which is about an hours drive out of Melbourne. We lived for 6 years on 4 acres a few kilometres out of Town which was a wonderful life experience but not very practicle for someone with a dodgy back.  I couldn’t even walk up and down our driveway to get the mail without it upsetting my back.  So as difficult as it was in late 2010 we decided to sell up and brought a new house in a much flatter part of Woodend and moved into our new home in January 2011.  

Our newly renovated 4 bedroom home is in walking distance to Town, and best of all is on a far more managable 1/4 acre and here is a view from our Balcony:-

I’m also no Guru, who lives in some ridiculously huge Mansion, as fancy cars and fancy houses don’t do it for me. 

Being able to live a comfortable life which allows my family to achieve their full potential and allows us to contribute in other ways does.

Please understand that I’m also not sharing ANY of this to brag as that is not my style. I’m sharing how this industry has changed my life with you because the truth is if I can do it, no matter what you may be going through in your personal life, you can too.

It does not matter where you are starting from, if you are genuine, and ready, you can change your life too. You can do it no matter what other people may say to you. You just need to believe you can.

And believe me it is worth it, so worth it, as I have gained so much more over the past 10 years than just money as let’s face it the benefit of having money is the fact it allows you to not have to worry about paying the bills etc, and instead frees up your mind to be able to live your lifes purpose whatever that maybe for you.

For me I know that I am a teacher at heart, and that I was put on this planet to help people overcome pain. Not just physical pain but also emotional pain and that’s why I do what I do as I love helping people get where they want to go and be who they are supposed to be if ‘money’ was not an issue.

Sometimes the worst things that happen to you, can end up being one of the best things that happen to you, and this has certainly proven to be the case for me, so never EVER lose hope, as no matter what you are going though personally, often the reason why you had to go through it will not become clear until much later, however believe me you can turn any situation into something positive and even magical if you are willing to not allow it to stop you or destroy you, or allow it to make you give up on yourself.

I gain a lot of comfort as well as inspiration from music, in fact I have a never ending love of music which is why on my Blog I always have a music video of the month and often will share some of my favourite tracks in the Music Video/Reviews catagory, well one song that helped me get through a very difficult time when I had injured my back in further and was literally in 24/7 nerve pain until I had surgery, was a brilliant song by one of my favourite American bands called A Fine Frenzy.

I think anyone that chooses to work for themselves needs to have hope.  Needs to be able to see what they want to achieve before it happens. And needs to believe that it can happen because it can.

Working for myself online has changed me as an individual, and has helped me become a better person, and with every day that passes there is more growth, and if the idea of YOU doing something worthwhile that will also enable you to strengthen your family, grow YOU as person and not just your bank account appeals to you then contact me quick smart.

Truth is I’m only looking for serious business partners that I can personally work one on one with, trust and make a lot of money with and make a difference with for many years to come. 

So you want more out of life, have the dream of working for yourself and no one else, want to not only change your life but the lives of others, and you are honest, intelligent, driven, passionate about what you love, people and the world around you, if you enjoy a challenge, and have a sense of humour then YOU are exactly the kind of person I’m looking to work with.

It doesn’t matter if you are a complete Newbie or have been trying to make money online for 3 months or 15 years. It doesn’t matter what country you live in, if you are male or female, what race you are, what your religion is, or how old or young you are (as long as you are at the minimum 18 years old). It also doesn’t matter how tall or short you are, what you look like, if you have a Degree or not, or if  like me you live with a Chronic Disability or not.  The beauty of running  your own home business is the fact it does NOT discriminate…and just so you know neither do I. 

What I love most about the home-based industry is the fact it is truly a level playing field for all and the sky is truly the limit for those that have the vision to see it. So if you are sincere about wanting to succeed online, and are teachable and willing to meet me half way, then I will do everything in my power to teach you everything I know that has enabled me to enjoy living my dream online now for 10 years.

And the good news is you will NOT have to wait a year to get into profit like I did. LOL
